2024 in Review: AI Adoption, Leadership, and a Web3 Experiment

2024 was an incredible year. Thank you for trusting me to lead projects at the intersection of startups, consumer goods, and cutting-edge technologies.

It has been a privilege to work on initiatives spanning leadership development, AI implementation, and fostering transformative organizational cultures. These projects reinforced my belief in the power of innovation and adaptability to drive meaningful change in the consumer goods industry.

I also had the opportunity to lead a Web3 initiative to tokenize real-world assets for Latin American retail crypto investors. The project leveraged blockchain technology to create new opportunities for investment and engagement. Unfortunately, it also highlighted that the market is not quite ready for large-scale adoption of such innovations. The experience was invaluable, and I remain optimistic about the future of Web3 as the ecosystem continues to mature.
